I made my second and third MacBook Pro sales at Best Buy yesterday. I don't work there, but it was driving me crazy that the "salesperson" had no clue what he was doing, so I jumped in and helped show the prospective customers a lot of the goodies. Making these sales is a no-brainer. IMHO the Mac is just a tremendous product right now.
