Basic Path: User Displays a List of Groups

1. The user selects an option to list the groups on the system
2. For all users the system displays the complete list of group names
   1. Note - all group names are displayed without restriction
   2. Note - functional areas and their access levels for each group are not initially displayed here
3. The user can optionally select any group, and then display the functional areas and access levels for that group
4. If the user is the Administrator
   1. These functional areas and access levels are displayed in read/write mode
5. Else
   1. These functional areas and access levels are displayed in read-only mode

Post-Conditions

1. The Administrator may be in a position to edit the functional areas and access levels of a group
2. Note - users cannot be deleted from groups here. That must occur at the "Edit User" screen.
